As part of our try-outs, we started mixing our olives with chillies, garlic and alecrim!
Today we did use the Roemer Topf to cook pork loin with a nice fat crust! Simple cooking: entire garlic head, half red onion, chillies, potato and alexrim!
Salted cod, tomatos, garlic, potato, onions, olives, olive oil! All very simple!
Today we cooked a nice fried noodles Indonesian style- Mie Goreng. With kecap manis, Korean green chillies, green beans and noodles from China! An ice cools beer is a good choice! #alecrimfoodinmotion

Today we produced our first Pasteis de Belém at home. Perfect pastry and good cream! A glass of Lisbon regional Wine comes well with it! #alecrimfoodinmotion
