Today we did use the Roemer Topf to cook pork loin with a nice fat crust! Simple cooking: entire garlic head, half red onion, chillies, potato and alexrim!

on -1C, we managed to BBQ 4 Kg of Entrecote and a couple of chicken wings on birch wood. Despite the cold, always slow cooking controlling the fire and the smoke. Everything just simply prepared on salt. #alecrimfoodinmotion
